Meads and Marshes Well-being Course

This course will focus on improving our health and well-being. as part of a warm, supportive group.

Take part in a series of gentle health walks around the Meads in Bridgwater, an area where herons feed and rare plants can be found. Discover the beauty of the natural world on your doorstep. Learn mindfulness and other meditation techniques to help calm body and mind in a warm, supportive group.

Over a cup of tea (or coffee) get to explore how your creativity can help you through a series of easy nature-based art activities. You don’t need to be ‘good’ at art or have any previous art experience. The course will also involve trips to Steart Marshes to experience the dramatic landscape where the river meets the sea. Transport to Steart and refreshments on the course provided.

Course Information

Fridays from 10:00am – 13:00pm

Starts: Friday 14th January for 8 weeks (excluding half term)
